Evoke: Kirklees Creative Health Partnership Network Manager

Evoke is Kirklees’ Cultural Education Partnership, supporting young people to benefit from creative and cultural offers across Kirklees. 

The Kirklees Creative Health Partnership was formed by Evoke to collaborate with local health providers to reduce health inequalities.  One of the key roles of the Network Manager is to co-ordinate the partnership and using the principles of collaboration, co-production and active listening support health, creative and voluntary sectors to work together to identify barriers to engagement with creative activities and co-produce new opportunities.
