Arts and Health Programme Manager, South West Yorkshire Partnership Foundation Trust

With recognition that there was a need for dedicated programme support to grow Creative Health in the area, the Arts and Health Programme Manager post was initially funded for one year supported by Arts Council England strategic funds with match funding from the CCG, Calderdale Council and other partners.  Now an established role within the South West Yorkshire Partnership Foundation Trust (SWYFT) the Programme Manager has continued to grow internal and external investment in Creative Health.

As an employee hosted by the trust, appointed through Creative Minds, the Arts and Health Programme Manager is well placed to network with Trust colleagues maximising opportunities for collaboration on 'wicked' issues that might require a creative solution and system response.

The Programme Manager supported the delivery of the Calderdale Thriving Communities Initiative.

Now an established role within the South West Yorkshire Partnership Foundation Trust (SWPFT) the Programme Manager has continued to grow internal and external investment in Creative Health.
