Example of: Co-producing evaluation measures with partners

Gloucestershire Dashboard
Gloucestershire

Co-produced by the CCG and local Creative Health providers a data collection system has been developed that works for everyone.

The ‘dashboard’ created supports continual improvement and learning within the system, and does not measure performance of individual organisations.

Creative Health practitioners were able to influence what data would be collected, so that the information important to collect to support funding applications and reports to funders was included.

An ambition of the project was to use NHS numbers to show levels of health utilisation following an intervention.  Providers worked directly with NHS Digital to gain access to this system.

The ‘dashboard’ created supports continual improvement and learning within the system, and does not measure performance of individual organisations.
