Calderdale Creativity and Health Dashboard

South West Yorkshire Partnership Foundation Trust, the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) cultural providers and Primary Care Network are exploring the possibility of developing a ‘dashboard’ for Creative Health in the region.  To do this the partnership is looking to share a standardised set of evaluation measures, including measures developed by the National Association of Primary Care that measures the financial value of an intervention.

It is hoped that the resulting dashboard will be published on the emerging Thriving Calderdale website.
