Personalised Care Asthma and Children and Young People projects

As a drive to share skills and knowledge between potential service providers and the Trust, the Personalised Care team developed an ‘expression of interest’ process towards the development of a series of projects focused on asthma and on health and wellbeing of children and young people.

A sharing and learning event brought together VCSE and Health Partners to join the dots and explore examples of non-clinical interventions outlining evidence and impact as well as discussing examples of partnership working and examples of how programmes have been developed elsewhere. 

This created a space for creative partners to make connections to health and understand the language as well as unpick the opportunity across the system.
