The Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care System personalised care programme supporting people with complex needs uses a variety of non medical interventions to support people with their health and wellbeing. Creative health has been a key component of this programme in Ipswich and East Suffolk since September 2022.

This work has been enhanced by regular sharing of knowledge and updates of existing creative health programmes. The programme supports people from a variety of referral sources including primary care, Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, and secondary care.
