Creative Health solutions are increasingly being used to support the physical and mental health of the health and social care workforce.

Breathe Arts Health Research is commissioned by Our Healthier South East London Integrated Care System (ICS) to deliver a series of staff wellbeing opportunities.

They offer popular weekly workshop programmes where health and social care staff working across South East London can join every week, or just drop in when they can. 

It has been really meaningful to have a regular time and space in which I can engage in something that is not work. It is also actually fun and truly inclusive and diverse. The teachers have been cheerful, relaxed and encouraging.
