The Drug and Alcohol Strategic Commissioner brought a group of key stakeholders together who agreed to collaborate with a cohort at risk of crises to offer a range of support to prevent escalation of distress.  A wealth of shared knowledge on the issues faced by the community has helped to develop the model.

 

Although the project is co-produced with stakeholders, it is recognised that the voice of a person with lived experience is missing. This deeper level of co-production will be incorporated into the next phase of the project.
