Leeds Arts Health and Wellbeing Network
West Yorkshire

The Creative Health eco-system in West Yorkshire has strong collaborative links with academic institutions in the area, particularly in research into public health. 

Hosted by University of Leeds Cultural Institute the Leeds Art Health and Wellbeing Network (LAHWN) was created in response to the APPG report Creative Health: The Arts for Health and Wellbeing and supports informal information sharing between health professionals and cultural practitioners.  

The network enables its membership to share practice and spot opportunities to develop Creative Health projects that improve the health and wellbeing of people who live, work and study in Leeds.
