Noise Solution
Suffolk and North East Essex

Noise Solution is an award-winning social enterprise providing digital youth work by pairing professional musician mentors with at-risk youth facing complex issues. Practice is supported by a strong board of governors who provide guidance to the organisation’s use of evidenced approaches to improving the motivation and well-being of young people, but also hold the Director to account in ensuring that robust processes for managing safeguarding and risk are in place and adhered to.

Noise Solution is a Quality Assured provider with the Local Authorities that refer to their services, having viewed and approved the organisations policy and process documents.

Noise Solution has developed a bespoke digital platform used in the delivery and monitoring of their work, where musicians working with young people submit their sessional notes, where any issues or concerns are flagged for the attention of the Director and Safeguarding Officer.  Ongoing monitoring through the platform encourages reflective practice, supported by quarterly formal team meetings.
