Artlift’s Artist Facilitators are provided with a reflective practice template documents and suggested approaches as part of their induction and within their Handbook.

The team review their reflective diaries / documents prior to termly peer-led reflective practice sessions in which they can share and dig a little deeper into areas of learning and development, as well as prior to Clinical Supervision and/or managerial supervision sessions.
